Questions IT and sales leaders ask us
Short, straight answers. For anything else, bring it to the demo.
Does it send emails automatically?
No. Follow-up drafts are created in the user's Outlook Drafts folder via Microsoft Graph. A person always reviews, edits, and sends - the app never emails your contacts on its own.
Where does our data live?
In your infrastructure. Lead records are stored in your Azure Database for PostgreSQL, card images in your SharePoint, and sign-in runs through your Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
Can it push leads into our CRM?
Yes. An optional one-way sync creates and updates lead rows in Dynamics 365 on a schedule your admins control - from every 30 minutes to daily - with a full run history in the admin panel. Not on Dynamics? Salesforce, HubSpot, or a house-built CRM can be connected as part of your rollout.
Who can sign in?
Only members of the Microsoft Entra ID group you allow. A second, admin-only group unlocks the admin panel with feature flags, usage stats, and CRM sync controls.
What AI does it use?
A dedicated AI engine hosted inside your own cloud subscription reads each card, normalizes the lead record, and writes follow-up drafts. An optional Deep Research mode researches the lead's company - with live web search if you enable it - to ground the draft in real context.
Does it work without internet at the venue?
Yes. Captures made offline are stored safely on the device and upload themselves - exactly once, no duplicates - as soon as the connection returns. Trade-show dead zones don't cost you leads.
Can we get our leads out?
Any time. Export the lead list to Excel with one click, or let the scheduled CRM sync push leads into Dynamics 365 automatically. Your data lives in your own database either way.
Does it work on phones?
It's mobile-first: camera capture, bottom navigation, and responsive layouts for every page. It runs in any modern mobile browser with nothing to install.
Can our people share their own details too?
Yes. Every user has a digital business card and a contact QR code in the app, so someone can scan them and save the contact straight to their phone - no plastic cards, and no reprints when a title changes. They can add a short 'where we met' note that travels inside the QR and clears itself overnight, or download a standard .vcf file instead.
Can we see what the AI is actually being used for?
Yes. Admins get a usage page breaking down calls, tokens, and document pages per user, per feature, and per model, over the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or all time - with daily charts and a CSV export. Because the AI runs in your own subscription, this is what tells you where that spend is going before the invoice does.
Can we put something in front of visitors at the booth?
Yes. Admins can publish a public page for an event - your poster artwork, the dates, venue, and booth number, and a large QR that opens a pre-addressed email to your sales inbox. It needs no sign-in, so it works on a screen at the stand or as a link you hand out. Pages stay private drafts until you publish them.
See it on your own cards
Bring a handful of business cards from your last event - a 30-minute demo is more fun with real ones.
